My name is Subham Agarwala, and I joined Mori Hamada & Matsumoto (Tokyo office) on February 3, 2020.
I am an India qualified lawyer and specialize in public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and foreign investment in India. I have worked on various transactions and represented private equity players, leading Indian and multinational corporations across various industry lines including NBFCs, insurance and hospitality. Prior to joining MHM, I was working at the Mumbai office of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas for more than 5 years.
