The Japanese Bankers Association issued "Reference Examples for Provisions Concerning the Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces in Agreements on Ordinary Savings Accounts, Check Accounts and Safe-deposit Boxes" on September 24, 2009. This issue follows on from "Draft Model Clauses for Eliminating Racketeering, etc." issued in November 2008 by the Japanese Bankers Association, with the aim of promoting efforts to block relationships with anti-social forces.
