I am honored to join Mori Hamada & Matsumoto.
After passing the bar exam in Taiwan in 2001 and qualifying as a lawyer in 2005, I practiced law in the corporate law section of Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law and subsequently spent three years with Nishimura & Asahi after studying in Japan at the University of Tokyo Graduate Schools for Law and Politics. I have handled M&As involving Japan and Taiwan, financial matters, Taiwanese labor issues, legal compliance, general corporate legal matters, and civil and commercial disputes, as well as a broad range of legal issues related to Taiwan that are faced by Japanese corporations.
At Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, I will utilize the practical experience I have accumulated both in Taiwan and Japan and further consolidate my expertise to assist our clients and serve as a bridge between Japan and Taiwan.
