Daimler Truck: Business integration between Mitsubishi Fuso and Hino

​Mori Hamada has advised Daimler Truck AG in respect of its execution of definitive agreements pertaining to the business integration between its subsidiary, Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, and Hino Motors Ltd. The parties aim to close the transaction in April 2026.

The Mori Hamada M&A team was led by partners Gaku Ishiwata, Nobuhiko Suzuki, Takeshi Fukuda and Yuma Adachi. The Mori Hamada antitrust team was led by partners Kenji Ito, Aruto Kagami and Yusuke Takamiya.
