Members of our firm’s Indonesia practice have been engaged in the Indonesian legal sector for many years, and several members of our firm have experience working in the country.

Our Jakarta office opened in January 2023, and in addition to M&A/financing transactions, it handles a wide range of other matters essential to local company operations, including corporate law, labor, compliance, personal information protection, debt collection and dispute-related work. The legal and practical landscape in Indonesia can be complex, requiring familiarity with various local practices not stipulated in laws and regulations in addition to an understanding of the changing policy background of the government and its current requirements for foreign investors. We have been involved in numerous cases involving market entry, acquisitions and investment in Indonesia in the manufacturing, service, real estate, logistics, general trading and financial industries, and have considerable experience in a wide range of local company management matters.
